Website privacy and terms
Last reviewed: September 19, 2026
Scope of this page
This page applies to the public InnerGrove Psychiatry website. It is separate from the Practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains privacy rights and how protected health information may be used and disclosed in clinical care.
Information submitted through this website
This website does not include a general contact form. Prospective patients may call, email, or begin with the brief new-patient questionnaire. Current patients may use the secure patient portal. Please do not include medical or treatment details in regular email.
External services
The new-patient questionnaire opens in Google Forms, and the current-patient link opens the Charm Patient Portal. Video appointments use Doxy.me, and payment-card processing uses Ivy Pay. These services operate outside this website and may have their own privacy and security terms. No public Doxy.me waiting-room or Ivy Pay payment link is published here.
Website analytics
This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. Analytics do not change the clinical communication process.
Medical information and relationship
Website content is general information and is not a substitute for individual medical advice. Browsing this site or sending ordinary email does not create a physician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after the practice completes its intake and acceptance process.
Updates
This page may be revised when the website, external services, or practice processes change.
Clinical privacy notice
