Missed-appointment and late-cancellation policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 business days in advance. Later cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the current full self-pay rate.
Payment and claim processing
We collect the estimated amount due at the start of each visit. After your insurer processes the claim, we refund any overpayment. Final insurance processing can take several months.
For self-pay visits, InnerGrove does not submit insurance claims or provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
